Refund policy

We want you to be happy with MathVenture. If you are not, you can request a refund — here is exactly how that works.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

For any new paid subscription (monthly or yearly), you can request a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge, for any reason. No questions asked.

2. How to request a refund

Follow these steps:

  1. Email info@mathventure.io from the email address on your MathVenture account, with the subject line "Refund request".
  2. We issue the refund through our payment provider, which returns the funds to your original payment method.
  3. You will see the refund on your statement within 5–10 business days.

3. Refunds after the 14-day window

Outside the 14-day window we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. We generally offer a pro-rata refund for yearly subscriptions if you have barely used the service, and we always refund charges resulting from technical errors on our side.

4. Canceling vs. refunding

Canceling your subscription is different from requesting a refund. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period. You keep premium access until the end of the billing period that is already paid for.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Chargebacks carry a fee paid by us, and we would much rather just refund you directly if something went wrong.
